Very important point/note:- 12.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.Candidates should enter their same mobile number and e-mail ID in the Online Application Form. Mark on which he wants future information regarding examination/interview etc. through SMS & E-mail. Mobile number and e-mail ID mentioned in the online application. It will be the candidate’s own responsibility if the information is not received due to change/closure/network problem. Candidates should apply online within the time limit set by the Commission without waiting for the last date of application, otherwise the Commission will be responsible for any kind of network problem. Otherwise, the candidate himself will be responsible. If any wrong entry/error is made by the applicant himself/herself while filling/getting the online application form filled through e-Mitra/any other source, then the entire responsibility for the same will be on the applicant himself. Therefore, the applicant should first enter his/her caste/class/category, age (date of birth) in the preview of the online application form. After checking the entries related to subject, qualification etc., if any errors are found, submit the online application form and take a print of it and check it again. If still any mistake/error is found, then necessary amendments should be made by the Commission as per the above prescribed procedure for amendment in the online application form. After this, no online or offline modification/change will be accepted and the entire responsibility of any such error will be of the candidate himself. Besides, the applicant is also instructed that if the applicant applies through e-Mitra or other source, then the applicant himself should go to e-Mitra or other source and get the application done. Do not rely on e-Mitra or other sources to ensure that your online application form is filled correctly. If any kind of wrong information is filled, the Commission will be free to take action against the candidate. If the applicant applies in a category other than his own, then it will be considered as a waiver of rights and the amendment in the application form will be made after the above stipulated period. Facility for improvement in his/her category will not be given. If applying in the wrong category, the applicant’s application can be canceled by the Commission at any stage, for which the entire responsibility will be on the applicant. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class/Most Backward Class/Economically Weaker Section/Outstanding Sportsperson/Ex-Serviceman/Scheduled Area/Widow/Divorced/Divorced/Abandoned/Disabled/State Servant/Non-Gazetted Employee/Ministerial Servant/ Departmental employees/candidates of other categories should clearly mention their category in the prescribed column while submitting the Online Application Form, otherwise no change in category will be made after the last date of receipt of Online Application Form/after the period for making amendments has ended. And for those candidates who do not mention the above category, then the benefit of the particular category will not be given for the advertised posts and the action will be taken by considering them to be in the same category/category as filled by the applicant in the online application form. And in case the candidate/applicant does not submit the certificate/document related to the category/category in which the online application form has been filled (should be made before/by the last date of online application) in time. The online application form of the applicant/candidate will be rejected/canceled/eligibility will be cancelled. The Commission will check the eligibility of the candidates (age qualification, category etc.) only on the basis of the information filled in the online application form. If the applicant is found ineligible on the basis of the information filled by him, then his online application form will be rejected, the entire responsibility for which will be on the applicant himself. Applicants whose online application form must be submitted to the Commission’s office by the last date of receipt of application. If received along with information, such applicants will be provisionally admitted by the Commission in the relevant recruitment examination/interview. Issuance of admit card for the examination does not mean that his/her candidature has been finally accepted by the Commission or that the entries made by the candidate in the application form have been accepted by the Commission as correct. The eligibility of the applicants will be checked separately by the Commission/Department. In case of provisional selection, the applicant will have to submit the detailed application form in duplicate to the Commission office along with self-attested photocopies of all required documents and a copy of the e-admit card and online application form issued for the examination.
